I just got this rather cryptic message from Michelle regarding my b-day today:
I hope you guys have a really good time...and I want to SEE all your birthday 'presents.'
Um... what?
But yes, it is my birthday today. Thanks already to those who have said it in their journals and such. That's pretty cool.
I'm 29 today. That's a rather odd age. It's like 17 or 15 or 20. Something's supposed to happen next year, but you really don't know what it is just yet and you're not all that sure just how happy you're gonna be with it, but you do know that you'll either get in an accident because of it or wind up throwing up because of it.
I have a love/ hate relationship with my birthday. Love getting stuff, hate being old. You take the good with the bad I spose. You take them both and there you have the facts of life... the facts of life.
Sorry.
Anyway I did remember my phone today, so I know I'm not getting alzheimers. Got that going for me. I don't think any of upper management is here again, so I might be going home at 3. We'll see. Could use a nap before going out tontie. I'm getting old, you know.
But as my faithful readers know from last year, my birthday is cool because some really sweet ass stuff happened on this day and a lot of cool famous people were born today as well, so I'd like to share those with you right now:
