::comes out of the dwc::

I hate it when it's overcast like this. Really brings me down.

I'm not running on all thrusters today. I almost left w/o my pager and ID this morning, then I started walking to the building w/o my umbrella, and then I realized that I forgot my CDs, but I was too far away to walk back at that point.

Blah.

It was a pretty good weekend, though. The grand rents had a good time with the boy and all that.

Don't even feel like writing. This sucks.

Can someone else make this job decision for me? Granted everyone except one person said go to Chicago, but I'm just so indecisive.

Dammit. I can't stay here for another 8 hours. I'm gonna have to go get those CDs. Fuck fuck fuck.

HA!! that's not the point, is it?

I, personally, wouldn't go. But that is because I'm a risk taker. Happiness is more important than anything and I'd make sure I had the back up of unemployment or whatever. If that option didn't exist, then I'd probably go. Because... what choice do you have?

but.. if unemployment is an option and you have a chance at your job being extended..I'd wait it out.

I believe that the right thing will come along at the right time.

And maybe having second thoughts on something is a sign.

but that's me. And I'm crazy.

yeah, that's why I keep you around :)

see, I think that chicago is a bigger risk than waiting it out. much bigger.

that and I'm way too proud... not to mention too conservative... to ever accept unemployment.

I've never been on unemployment, so I might just be blowing smoke out my ass.

But I've seen too many people who were laid off (I live in Boeing-Land you know) and I don't see it as a sign of weakness at all. It's just what happens. In this day and age and economy...you do what you have to do
